Technical Support Specialist

At Mphasis, we're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to end-users.

Key Highlights:

  • Excellent Communication Skills - Ability to interact professionally and clearly with users across all levels.
  • IT Support Experience - Exposure to troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and resolving technical issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide first-line technical support to end-users in a courteous and professional manner.
  2. Log all user service tickets in ITSM systems with complete and accurate information.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests.
  4. Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
  5. Perform scheduled reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).
  6. Submit knowledge base article updates for new and existing issues.
  7. Own and drive user issues to resolution.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems (preferred but not mandatory).
