- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve them in a timely manner

- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., English, French, Spanish)
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with help desk software and tools
