Job Overview:

This is a high-profile role in our Partner Success Management team that focuses on building and maintaining successful partnerships with strategic partners to drive business growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex B2B partnerships, telecommunications, messaging platforms, and mobile technology sectors. He/She should possess exceptional communication skills, analytical capabilities, project management expertise, and consultative selling approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Management: Develop and execute strategic success plans aligned with partner business objectives and RCS capabilities.
  • RCS Implementation & Technical Enablement: Guide partners through complex RCS Business Messaging integrations and deployments, provide expert consultation on RCS protocol implementation, carrier interoperability, and message optimization.
  • Business Growth & Expansion: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing partner accounts, drive adoption of advanced RCS features including rich cards, suggested replies, and verified sender profiles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Partner Management Experience: 10+ years in partner success, strategic account management, or business development roles.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of messaging technologies (SMS, MMS, RCS, OTT messaging), knowledge of mobile carrier infrastructure, interconnection agreements, and industry standards.
  • Business & Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, project management expertise, consultative selling approach.

Travel Requirements:

This role requires approximately 50% travel for partner meetings, Enterprise meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
