- Providing exceptional customer service by resolving client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Staying updated with market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with retail mortgages and related products is essential.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong client connections.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for analyzing complex financial data.
- Prior experience working in the BFSI industry, preferably in retail mortgages, is preferred.
