Client Engagement Lead

The role of the Client Engagement Lead is to establish and maintain successful relationships between clients and the organization.

Key responsibilities include providing strategic consulting to clients, delivering insights and solutions that drive business growth.

Collaboration with client teams is essential, including Medical Affairs, Commercial Analytics, Marketing, and Field Teams (TLLs & MSLs), to address business questions and develop data-driven strategies using the Ti Expert platform.

Additionally, the Client Engagement Lead will manage and supervise global projects across various therapeutic areas, focusing on market and landscape analysis, competitor insights, and identification of KOLs, pricing experts, and community leaders.

Required qualifications include a Master's Degree or equivalent experience, 4-10 years of related experience in consulting or client services, and proficiency in spreadsheet software, project management software, word processing software, email software, and presentation software.
