As a key member of our Commercial Excellence team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and submission of bids to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with sales teams and other stakeholders to produce high-quality bid responses within tight deadlines.

You will work independently and collaboratively to review support requests, analyze tender requirements, and develop comprehensive bid responses that meet client specifications. To achieve this, you will leverage pre-written content and standard templates to create timely and professional responses.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Collaborating with sales teams to develop bids in a fast-paced environment
  • Providing timely and accurate responses using various tools and resources
  • Preparing and compiling response documents to ensure accuracy and readability
  • Managing multiple deadlines and ensuring timely submissions
  • Maintaining a central repository of bid documents and related materials
  • Performing draft reviews and editing documents for formatting, clarity, and compliance
  • Coordinating meetings with stakeholders to understand requirements and clarify timelines
  • Ensuring bid documents adhere to corporate brand standards and customer requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and have proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with content management systems is also desirable.

A university degree in Journalism, Business, or a similar field is preferred, as well as proficiency in English language. Secondary regional language fluency is also beneficial.
