Growth Associate Position
Job Summary:
The Growth Associate will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
IDentify new business opportunities
Build and maintain alliances with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Craft effective pitches and proposals in collaboration with internal teams
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities
Manage the complete business development process from lead generation to closure
Strengthen long-term client relationships to ensure growth and retention
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in Business Development or Partnerships
Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
Proactive, self-driven, and target-focused
Can think strategically while also executing with attention to detail
Works well in a collaborative environment and takes ownership of results
