About the Job:

  1. B2B Partnership Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive partnership strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Closing High-Impact Deals: Identify potential partners, develop pitches, and close high-impact deals that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  3. Building Long-Term Relationships: Foster strong relationships with corporates, institutions, and channel partners through effective communication, relationship-building, and value creation.
  4. Negotiating Agreements: Lead negotiations and deal structuring to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor partnership performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and revenue contribution to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership mindset with focus on execution and results.
  • Strategic thinker with tactical execution ability.
