Key Account Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage key accounts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in managing sales volumes, receivables, and contracts for OEM businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the P&L of the OEM business, ensuring profitability and achieving Gross Margin Value Contribution (GMVC) targets.
  • Conceptualize and implement comprehensive business strategies, including monthly and annual plans for OEM and direct sales.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new genuine oil tie-ups with OEMs and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain and grow robust business relationships with OEMs, acting as a primary point of contact.
  • Apply consultative and benefit-selling skills to address client needs and provide the best customer experience through smooth product supply and timely query resolution.
  • Ensure the collection of receivables in accordance with the credit policy and coordinate with sales teams for timely royalty payments.
  • Conduct periodic training and activities at key customer locations, targeting multiple stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in key account management, with a focus on OEM business.
  • Strong experience in P&L management, business planning, and strategic execution.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for market and competition analysis.
