Job Description:- Drive business growth and market expansion through corporate room sales and revenue targets.
- Identify, acquire, and develop new corporate accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
You will conduct regular sales calls, client visits and presentations to generate leads, negotiate contracts, RFPs and corporate rate agreements, and work with operations and reservation teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Key responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, acquiring new corporate accounts, maintaining client relationships, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and tracking market trends.
A graduate/MBA degree with 3-6 years of hotel sales experience is preferred. Strong existing corporate network, excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills are essential for this role.
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, achieve targets, and have proficiency in MS office and CRM Tools.
