Job Title: Strategic Leadership Role

This high-visibility leadership position requires a visionary strategist and hands-on operator to manage complex, cross-functional projects, secure partnerships, and ensure timely execution.

The successful candidate will prioritize, plan, and implement initiatives aligned with the company's 36-month roadmap, working directly with the Founder, executive team, event partners, and sponsors globally.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, ROI, and strategic value
  • Build and maintain the phased roadmap (0–12m, 12–24m, 24–36m)
  • Monitor progress, risks, and ensure deliverables are on track
  • Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives
  • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs
  • Ensure initiatives launch on schedule
  • Collaborate with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and sponsors
  • Present progress updates to leadership, sponsors, and partners
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and external collaborators
  • Sponsorship & Revenue Enablement
  • Support sponsorship strategy by aligning initiatives with corporate and NGO partner goals
  • Ensure deliverables for sponsors are met with excellence
  • Team Leadership
  • Oversee initiative managers, consultants, and interns
  • Establish clear goals, dashboards, and reporting systems

Requirements:

  • 10 – 15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes
