Key Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in career services, placements, or corporate relations.
• A proven track record of successful student placements and industry collaboration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills.

• Support the Director in strategic planning for placements and industry relations.
• Establish and maintain strong employer networks and partnerships across various domains.
• Enhance student career readiness through training, internships, and other programs.
• Oversee placement drives, internships, and corporate engagement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate data reporting of placement outcomes.
