Job Title: Employee Experience Manager
OverviewThis is a highly sought-after role where you will play a pivotal part in shaping the overall employee experience. Your mission will be to foster an environment of inclusivity, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboard new joiners into the team by conducting inductions, orientations, and assimilations to ensure a seamless transition.
- Design and execute employee engagement strategies, including one-to-one connects, team-building activities, sports events, and more.
- Manage performance through regular check-ins, skip-level meetings, and annual appraisals to drive growth and development.
- Build strong relationships with employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement and develop retention strategies.
- Enhance the employee experience at every touchpoint, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Provide support to Corporate Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition teams as needed.
- Oversee facility management, space planning, electrical systems, air conditioning, fire safety, and internet services to ensure a comfortable and secure work environment.
- Coordinate minor projects, civil repairs, and soft services such as housekeeping, security, and indoor plants.
- Manage inventory, maintain vendor lists, and ensure compliance with building regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
