Vice President – Employee Health

Our organization is seeking an experienced Vice President to lead our Employee Health & Benefits division. This role will focus on Retention, Cross-sell & Upsell initiatives within the Employee Health & Benefits domain.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that focus on retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities to ensure consistent revenue flow and client satisfaction.
- Proven track record of engaging with C-level executives (CXOs) to drive business growth, deepen client relationships, and enhance customer lifetime value.
- Strong capability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement, including benefit strategy, employee communication, wellness consulting, and technology enablement.
