We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors professional to fill the role of Employee Central and Payroll Specialist. Job Description

This position requires a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP), including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing EC and ECP to meet business needs, performing system configuration, testing, and deployment for new enhancements and payroll functionalities, managing integrations between EC, ECP, and third-party systems, supporting business users by troubleshooting issues, resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy, and assisting in data migration, validation, and governance for EC and ECP modules.

This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline HR and payroll processes, providing ongoing support and system enhancements, ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations, conducting training sessions, and developing documentation for end-users.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll reporting.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using middleware.
  • Proficiency in SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) and knowledge of country-specific payroll localization.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and issue resolution.
