Job Title: Employee Morale Champion

Location: Sanand, Gujarat

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

As a seasoned professional with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in employee engagement, performance management systems, and employee relations, you will be responsible for designing and executing initiatives to enhance workforce morale and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies to drive business outcomes;
  • Conduct regular feedback surveys and analyze results to inform engagement strategies;
  • Organize team-building activities, events, and wellness programs to foster a positive work environment;
  • Act as a point of contact for employee suggestions and grievances, ensuring timely resolution;
  • Implement and manage the organization's performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes;
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely and accurate performance assessments;
  • Analyze performance data to support learning and development planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive insights from engagement and performance data;
  • MBA in Human Resource or relevant field.
