Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of customer engagement strategies to boost conversion and promotional communications for a specific business line.
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver on set campaign objectives.
- Innovate on new campaign types and identify opportunities for increasing effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience in customer engagement campaigns in operations functions at high-growth or technology companies.
- Experience working on marketing automation platforms is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams more broadly.
- A strong understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies.
