Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric professional to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for US-based clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for US clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service (experience with US clients preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate is proactive, patient, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment. They should be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and possess a strong understanding of customer success practices and client retention strategies.
