**Job Title:** Business Partnership Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong business partnerships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients, meeting their unique needs and exceeding expectations.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed monthly targets, driving business success and growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Proven experience as a Business Partnership Specialist in retail mortgages with a strong track record of success, demonstrating expertise in relationship management and sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze market trends and competitor activity, informing business decisions and driving strategic growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including mortgages and related products, with a deep understanding of the mortgage industry.
- Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred, offering a unique perspective on the industry and its challenges.
