Job Summary:
Equitas Small Finance Bank is seeking a skilled relationship professional to develop and maintain strong client relationships, drive business growth through effective sales strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve client queries and issues.
- Business Development & Sales:
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
- Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services.
Requirements:
- Experience & Knowledge:
- Professional experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in retail banking.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
- Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
