Human Resource Development Specialist

As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for leading and driving human resource initiatives to ensure compliance with local legislation. Collaborating closely with Strategic Business Partners, your primary focus will be on gathering and forecasting local requirements to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Management: Work with Business Partners to identify talent needs and develop strategies to meet them efficiently.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and relationship management.
  • CASE Management: Develop and implement effective case management processes to address employee issues such as sickness absence, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Assist recruitment teams in aligning their strategies with business unit objectives.
  • Performance Management: Support managers in conducting performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and implementing improvement plans.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, including compliance with local labor laws and organizational regulations.
  • Onboarding and Integration: Facilitate the smooth integration of new employees through an effective onboarding process.
