We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and successful execution of solutions that meet the needs of our organization or its clients.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer service, to identify and understand the needs of various stakeholders, and develop effective solutions that address these needs.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones, identifying new business opportunities and markets to expand our customer base, conducting market research and analyzing customer data to inform business decisions, and managing a team of professionals responsible for business development and client servicing.

The successful candidate will possess excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills, with a minimum of 3-4 years of overall experience and a Postgraduate/Graduate degree with additional qualification in Marketing.

Estimated salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum.
