About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Gurugram. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Mentor and train junior team members
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Highly motivated and results-driven
