Job Title: Operational Consultant

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Operational Consultant to lead the delivery of consulting assignments through hospitality, tourism, and leisure. The consultant will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects from initiation to completion
  • Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governance
  • Manage day-to-day project activities ensuring adherence to SOPs and approval processes
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Monitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies
  • Support business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions
  • Provide post-project reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvement

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, economics, business administration, tourism, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms
  • Ability to work under pressure manage multiple assignments and travel to the GCC if required
