
Business Development Relationship Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, and improving customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage strategies to improve customer relationships

- Oversee customer communications and coordinate with sales and marketing teams
- Manage customer projects and create reports on customer insights

- Sales and market experience

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in CRM, customer service, or related fields is a plus
