We Are Seeking a Skilled Marketing Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled marketing professional to join our team and help us promote our warehouse rental services.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in both online and offline marketing, with the ability to connect with clients across logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, and other relevant industries.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our warehouse rental services through integrated online and offline marketing strategies, identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and building relationships with local businesses and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote warehouse rental services through integrated marketing strategies
  • Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads
  • Build relationships with local businesses and partners
  • Coordinate site visits and client presentations
  • Create and manage listings on property portals
  • Run digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to generate new leads
  • Maintain a database of prospects and update CRM tools regularly
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial leasing, or real estate
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Fluency in English and local language preferred
  • Own vehicle (optional)
