
IT Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to build, maintain and grow our IT services and staffing business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing key client relationships, ensuring on-time delivery with sales and recruitment teams, and driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution.
- Managing key accounts and developing strategies to upsell, cross-sell and acquire new business opportunities
- Translating client goals into delivery plans and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
- Managing statements of work (SOWs), master service agreements (MSAs), negotiations, renewals, invoicing and collections
- Maintaining a candidate network aligned to client demand and improving time-to-fill metrics
- Tracking account health, pipeline and forecasts, identifying risks and driving resolutions
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-5 years of experience in key account management or business development in IT services/consulting or IT staffing
- Proven track record of revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management skills
- Contract management, negotiation and billing/invoicing exposure
- Working knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies, as well as IT hiring cycles
The following skills are desirable:
- Experience with managed service providers (MSP) and vendor management systems (VMS)
- Knowledge of rate cards, compliance and SLA governance
- Prior experience with recruitment operations, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and submittal quality
