Job Description">

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating deals for IT services, translating inputs from multiple teams into compelling deal commercials. This includes preparation of customer pricing presentation sheets, listing key deal commercial terms and conditions, and ensuring alignment with appropriate risk protection measures.

Deal Evaluation and Pricing:

The successful candidate will evaluate deals, prepare pricing presentations, and ensure that deal commercials are in alignment with relevant risk protection measures.

Contract Review and Negotiation:

They will review contracts, discuss with internal teams, and participate in customer negotiations to ensure smooth deal execution.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Responsibilities also include preparing deal P&L as per IFRS, deal cash flow, and balance sheet, as well as identifying accounting treatment of cost items in the deal P&L that aligns with accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS).

Collaboration and Risk Management:

They will collaborate with multiple internal teams for cost inputs and deal solution discussion, identify commercial and contracting risks, highlight them to leadership, and suggest or deploy mitigation approaches.

Reporting and Accounting Requirements:

The candidate will work closely with other finance functions on reporting and accounting requirements.

Multitasking and System Enhancements:

They will multitask between priorities to meet organizational deadlines and quality expectations, interface and coordinate with the development team on system enhancements, and maintain strong internal controls.
