Bain's Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Marketing & Customer Experience team is looking for a skilled Associate to join our ranks. As an Associate, you will be responsible for developing products and delivering solutions that help clients identify and fulfill their full potential across the entire sales and customer journey value chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop specialized knowledge in pricing products and generate insights for related IP/tools
  • Prepare presentations, data analysis, and other initiatives to drive team output
  • Oversee and train a team of COE Analysts on assigned work streams
  • Ensure zero-defect analysis and effectively understand work plans
  • Brainstorm with Project Leaders on project/IP work scope definition, data cleaning, explorations, solution designing, and insights
  • Drive conversations through analytics, including building dashboards and story-lining deliverables
  • Deliver clear and professional presentations to teams/project teams/managers
  • Cochineal Analgesics on task execution, support CoE operations, and work with Project leaders to drive positive team experiences

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in data operations, data analytics, or consulting with pricing/marketing analytics exposure and strong academic records (undergraduate)
  • 0-3 years of hands-on experience in data operations, data analytics, or consulting with pricing/marketing analytics exposure and strong academic records (postgraduate)
  • Good technical, analytical, communication, and team skills
  • Prior experience with data analytics and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools like Alteryx, Tableau
