Revenue Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Analyst to join our team full-time.

This role is ideal for analytical professionals with proven experience in data-driven pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization within the short-term vacation rental industry.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics to inform pricing strategies and boost RevPAR, ADR, and overall revenue.
  • Design and manage data-driven pricing models using tools like KeyData and PriceLabs.
  • Monitor market indicators and competitor performance to optimize revenue decisions.
  • Develop performance dashboards and reports to support internal analysis.
  • Conduct property audits to identify revenue opportunities and improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to enhance property performance.
  • Presentation clear, data-backed recommendations to internal teams.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in revenue management or data analytics within the short-term vacation rental industry.
  • Mandatory experience with KeyData, PriceLabs, or equivalent dynamic pricing tools.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex visualizations.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Comfortable working with U.S.-based stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
