Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring the ServiceNow platform in our enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of networking concepts, including DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems.

  • Implement mid-server configuration, CMDB, discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) effectively.
  • Develop a good knowledge base on how industrial control systems work and OT network functions, including the Purdue Model architecture.
  • Familiarize yourself with prior experience implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow.
  • Basic understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and Power/Shell scripting.
  • Moderate understanding of database-level architecture and SQL query writing.
  • Script automated processes, including business rules, script actions, and configuration/enhancements on the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform.
  • Document all development, configuration, and technical details, as well as prepare training material for project stakeholders.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to implement the CSDM framework for Operational Technology and develop end-to-end data alignment process documents, including CMDB and CSDM procedures.
