We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the daily operations of our ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support our ServiceNow instance
  • Administer day-to-day activities, user management, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Evaluate system performance and ensure smooth upgrades
  • Maintain security standards and enforce governance protocols
  • Collaborate with IT teams for process documentation and user support

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
  • No less than 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required
  • A strong understanding of IT service management modules, workflows, and integrations
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
