ServiceNow Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote, with overlap of 4-5 hours between PST and IST

Minimum Years of Experience: 5+ for developers and 7+ years for ServiceNow Lead and Admin (relevant)

Availability: Immediate start

We have 5 positions available: 1 ServiceNow Lead, 1 ServiceNow Admin, and 3 ServiceNow Developers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions using Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.
  • Create catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, such as identity platforms and facilities systems.
  • Set up and track metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Facilities teams to define and streamline workflows.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and train L1/L2 teams.


Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.
  • Experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
  • Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics and reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
