Senior ServiceNow Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to drive the development and implementation of secure and efficient solutions using ServiceNow technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, specifically in Security Operations (SecOps) and Vulnerability Response (VR). This role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and VR module configuration and customization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow, as well as developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer. Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide) and proficiency in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices are essential.

In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for a candidate with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience mentoring or leading technical teams is also desirable.

Key Requirements
  • 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • At least 3-4 implementations in Security Operations (SecOps)
  • Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) module configuration and customization
  • Familiarity with best practices in IT security, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures
  • Experience integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide)
  • Proficiency in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules
  • Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users)
  • Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, App Engine)
  • Experience mentoring or leading technical teams
