Job Overview

The role of Cybersecurity Expert is to safeguard sensitive data and strengthen the security posture within our healthcare insurance ecosystem.

  • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, frameworks, and controls.
  • Monitor and respond to cyber threats using SIEM and SOC processes.
  • Conduct Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
  • Perform digital forensics and root cause analysis.
  • Define and enforce policies for Data Privacy, Identity & Access Management (IAM/PAM), and DLP.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement security controls across network, endpoint, application, database, and cloud environments.
  2. Secure infrastructure using AWS, Azure, GCP, Containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
  3. Manage and tune security tools such as Firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, EDR, SIEM, SOAR, CASB, DDoS protection.
  4. Work with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including IRDAI, RBI, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, SOC2.
  6. Conduct third-party/vendor risk assessments and ensure supply chain security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline.
  • Certifications (one or more preferred): CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CEH, OSCP, OSWE, GPEN, CCSP, CCSK, AZ-500.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders.
