Enterprise Network Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Enterprise Network Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing enterprise network solutions, with expertise in Meraki platforms and other switches, routers, and firewall solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and documenting new office networks, including VLAN segmentation and isolated environments. They will also be required to lift and install networking hardware as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new office networks, ensuring seamless connectivity and high-performance data transfer.
- Implement and secure VLAN segmentation and isolated environments to protect sensitive data.
- Create clear documentation and network diagrams to facilitate effective communication among team members.
- Troubleshoot complex networking issues under pressure, using advanced problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
Requirements:
- CCIE certification (or equivalent advanced networking certification), demonstrating a deep understanding of enterprise network engineering and design principles.
- 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise network engineering and design, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Expertise with Meraki platforms and strong familiarity with other switches, routers, and firewall solutions, including LAN, WLAN, VPN, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
- Strong background in troubleshooting complex networking issues, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to resolve problems efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
