About the Role:

You will provide direct remote assistance for consultants and local IT teams in India and Singapore, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficient resolution of technical issues. This role is crucial to the successful deployment of our enterprise connectivity initiative, with future rollouts planned across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on skills to configure, troubleshoot, and guide end-users through solutions, leveraging their expertise in router configuration, VPN setup, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Consultants and Local IT Teams: Assist consultants and local IT teams with device setup and connectivity troubleshooting, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Configure End-to-End Router Solutions: Perform thorough configuration of routers from unboxing to deployment, guaranteeing optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot Network Devices: Troubleshoot Netgear Nighthawk devices and similar enterprise Wi-Fi equipment, using cutting-edge diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Provide Step-by-Step Guidance: Offer clear, concise guidance to end-users during live troubleshooting calls, ensuring effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Manage VPN Setup and Configuration: Oversee VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.
  • Document Troubleshooting Workflows: Document comprehensive workflows for troubleshooting, enabling global IT teams to efficiently resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Expertise: 4+ years of experience in Network Support/IT Infrastructure roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support services.
  • Technical Acumen: In-depth knowledge of router configuration, VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler), and enterprise Wi-Fi devices.
  • Critical Thinking: Excellent critical thinking skills to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional English proficiency, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Enterprise Experience: Prior experience supporting enterprise or consulting environments, with exposure to large-scale multi-country IT support rollouts.
