ServiceNow Lead Developer/ Admin Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow lead developer/administrator to spearhead the implementation and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the ServiceNow platform across various modules, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.
  • Develop and implement custom business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and approval workflows to enhance system functionality.
  • Design and create catalog items, dynamic forms, and SLAs to optimize user experience.
  • Manage domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies to ensure system scalability and security.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems to expand its capabilities.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics, such as ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes to maintain system integrity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, IT, and Facilities, to define and streamline workflows.
  • Ensure compliance and governance by preparing audits, documenting compliance, and training L1/L2 teams.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience administering ServiceNow platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.
  • Experience with creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Proficiency in setting up and tracking key performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders.
  • Experience in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams.
