Job Title:

Senior/Lead ServiceNow QA Tester with Business Analyst experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead ServiceNow QA Tester with Business Analyst experience to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for testing and validating the integration of ServiceNow with Workday.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and executing test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests. They will also have strong understanding of Workday HR and Colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems
  • Evaluate the performance of integrated systems under different loads
  • Conduct thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch
  • Maintain comprehensive test documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive ServiceNow Tester experience
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR
  • Colleague experience: Specific experience with the employee-facing side of HR systems
  • Design and execute test cases
  • End-to-end testing
  • Experience testing data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs
  • Workflow automation
  • Performance testing
  • Regression testing
  • Maintain comprehensive test documentation
