Job Description:

Design, develop, and maintain a robust configuration management database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring CMDB solutions meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the CMDB.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Implement and enforce CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain CMDB documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
  • Perform regular audits and data quality checks.
  • Integrate the CMDB with other IT service management processes and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
  • Conduct training sessions on CMDB functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in CMDB development and administration within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Experience integrating CMDB with other ITSM processes and tools.
