Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Head to lead our West Region operations. The ideal candidate must have deep operational knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Leadership: Manage and oversee warehouse operations for the West Region, ensuring adherence to company policies, compliance, and safety standards.
  • Profit and Loss Management: Full ownership of regional warehouse profit and loss including budgeting, cost control, productivity, and profitability.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency in inbound, storage, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Solutioning & Process Improvement: Design and implement customized operational solutions for customers, optimize layouts, manpower planning, and material handling systems.
  • Customer Management: Build strong relationships with key customers; ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to deliver high performance and service excellence.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, health & safety standards, and internal audit guidelines.
  • Technology & Automation: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other digital solutions to drive efficiency and visibility in operations.

Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in profit and loss management, operations design, and customer solutioning.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local compliances, and labor regulations in Maharashtra (Bhiwandi region preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale warehouses / multi-client facilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Competitive Total Compensation Package: ₹28–30 LPA
