Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
- Monitor guest feedback and ensure high service standards.
- Support the General Manager in implementing operational strategies and policies.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth functioning of all areas.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Control operational costs and monitor budget utilization.
- Assist in recruitment and retention of staff.
- Handle guest complaints efficiently and ensure quick resolution.
- Ensure hotel facilities and services are well-maintained at all times.
- Prepare reports on operations, occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in hotel operations or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) preferred.
