**Job Overview:**

The Banking Alliance Manager plays a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to enhance the company's business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Identification:
    • Research and analyze potential partners to assess their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with the company's objectives.
  • Partnership Evaluation:
    • Determine the alignment of partner business objectives with those of the company, evaluating risks and opportunities associated with forming partnerships.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions, ensuring regular communication and clear expectations, milestones, and objectives.
  • Agreement Negotiation:
    • Negotiate agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Collaboration and Growth:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, legal, and compliance teams, to ensure partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with business goals.
    • Drive growth and new initiatives by collaborating with partners to identify joint opportunities, tracking progress, and assessing impact.

**Desirable Skills & Experience:**

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in the Financial Services space, preferably with banks, payment networks, payment aggregators, fintech companies, or mobile and consumer durable OEM companies.
  • Demonstrated history of generating growth through data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with changing market conditions.
  • Strong network in the banking and NBFC space.
  • High energy team player with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Able to engage in technical conversations with banks to understand their requirements.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, willing to take the lead.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling influence across various organizational levels.
