About the Role:Fundraising plays a vital role in supporting business growth and ensuring its continuity. As a dynamic Funding Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all funding-related activities.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Fund Development: Develop and implement strategic funding plans to meet business objectives.
- Funding Partnership Management: Identify and establish relationships with financial institutions, investors, and lenders to secure debt and equity funding.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Funding Proposal Evaluation: Evaluate funding proposals, assess financial viability, and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Fund Utilization Tracking: Monitor fund utilization, track progress, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, funding management, or corporate finance.
- A strong professional network with banks, NBFCs, and investors.
- In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, funding processes, and regulatory frameworks.
