Financial Management Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to assist in the management of financial resources and post-sanction requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the issuance of various financial instruments to raise funds from banks, mutual funds, financial institutions, insurance companies, and corporates.
- Prepare and maintain financial documents, including cash flow analysis, bank proposals, investment memoranda, and offer documents.
- Independently handle queries of potential lenders and resolve them to their satisfaction.
- Manage post-sanction requirements and closure of loan documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth and quick documentation.
- Prepare and maintain the covenant tracker.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of financial management, banking, and corporate finance practices.
- Good understanding of debt raising, loan documentation, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills (internal & external).
- Ability to independently handle lender queries and requirements.
