Quality Operations Specialist
">- Process market complaints in line with relevant SOPs, business matrices and SLA timelines.
- Contribute to data collection and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage ad-hoc projects assigned within the area of work.
- Timely report all deviations through escalation processes.
- Implement process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.
- Ensure that the service dashboard, order management framework and time sheets are always up-to-date.
- Ensure training on relevant procedures before taking up any Good eXPractice (GxP) activities.
- Report deliverable status and continuously acquire process knowledge.
Role Requirements :
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Quality Operations.
- Thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems.
- Ability to review market complaints investigation reports.
- Basic understanding of product manufacturing, pharmaceutical products and lifecycle events.
- Basic understanding of Trackwise.
- Basic understanding of performance KPIs.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Awareness of GXP.
- Excellent communication skills - fluent in verbal and written English; knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
- Desirable Requirements:
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Pharmacy.
