We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Product Complaints Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling market complaints in accordance with relevant SOPs, business matrix, and SLA timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Process market complaints assigned as per SOPs, business matrix, and SLA timelines.
- Contribute to the collection and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by implementing process enhancements and best practices.
- Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned within the area of work.
- Proactively report any deviations or issues through timely escalations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the service dashboard, order management framework, and time sheet.
- 5-8 years of experience in Quality Operations.
- Thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems.
- Able to review market complaints investigation reports.
- Basic knowledge of product manufacturing, pharmaceutical products, and lifecycle events.
- Basic knowledge of Track wise.
- Basic knowledge of performance KPIs.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Awareness of Good eXchange Practices (GxP).
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in verbal and written English.
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Pharmacy (desirable).
