Chief Complaints Specialist

As a key member of the Amgen team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the global complaints business process and driving its continuous improvement. This position is critical to maintaining oversight of complaints throughout their lifecycle from intake, processing, and closure.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply in-depth knowledge and subject matter expertise to determine steps necessary to enhance the complaint management system and address root causes for complaints.
- Provide accurate and robust surveillance information that meets global health authorities and regulatory requirements.
- Manage a team responsible for ensuring timely completion of goals and objectives related to Combination Product Quality.
- Leverage expertise to effectively engage with technical functions and translate risk assessments into complaint codes and decision trees.
- Ensure alignment between linked product complaint and adverse events investigations with Safety data and support requests from global health authorities regarding the complaints process.
- Doctorate degree or equivalent and 8 years of Quality experience, Masters degree and 15 years of Quality experience, or Bachelors degree and 20 years of Quality experience.
- 4 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources.
- Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of quality and manufacturing experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry, Advanced Degree in a Science Field, Combination products expertise, Strong problem-solving skills, and Ability to negotiate a strategic position after taking feedback from multiple sources.
