Job Opportunity: Product Complaints Specialist
">Job DescriptionThe Product Complaints Specialist is responsible for processing market complaints in line with relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs), business matrices, and service level agreement (SLA) timelines. Key responsibilities include data collection, reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), continuous improvement initiatives, ad-hoc project management, deviation reporting, process improvement, and ensuring timely training on procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- 5-8 years of relevant experience in quality operations
- A thorough understanding of quality management systems
- Able to review market complaints investigation reports
- Basic understanding of product manufacturing, pharmaceutical products, and lifecycle events
- Basic understanding of track-wise analysis
- Basic understanding of performance KPIs
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Awareness of good x practices (GXP)
- Excellent communication skills with fluent verbal and written English
- Desirable: Graduate/Post Graduate in Pharmacy
