Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Sales, India Region to lead our sales team in India, driving growth across corporate and entertainment media. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation in sales, who can inspire the team to achieve ambitious goals and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the corporate and entertainment media sectors.
- Responsible for winning, onboarding, maintaining, and expanding relations with clients.
- Build, lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Create and implement innovative sales techniques and campaigns to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor and stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design compelling media solutions that meet client needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field; MBA would be an advantage.
- 7+ years of experience in media sales or similar, with a focus on corporate and entertainment sectors.
- Proven track record of success with the entire sales process and successfully leading sales teams and achieving sales targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to innovate and implement effective sales solutions.
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Estimated Salary: ₹ 18-25 Lakh per annum based on industry standards and location.
